Universities in Crimea and occupied Donbas seized a license

The Ministry of education and science of Ukraine annulled the license of higher educational institutions, which remained in the Crimea and beyond the control of the government of the territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. About it reports a press-service of the Ministry.

In the Donetsk region denied the license 30 state and municipal institutions of I-II accreditation levels and two private universities of I-IV levels of accreditation; Luhansk region 14 state and municipal institutions of I-II levels of accreditation. In Crimea, revoked the license of the Crimean state medical University named after S. I. Georgievsky, Sevastopol national University of nuclear energy and industry of Kerch state Maritime University tehnologicheskomu and 16 state and municipal higher education institutions of I-IV accreditation levels and six private universities of I-IV accreditation levels.

For students who were educated in these institutions in the Crimea after February 20, 2014, however, want to see their qualifications, the results of the training period was recognized in the Ukraine, developed the certification procedure.

Students with uncontrolled territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions who were enrolled on training and entered into the Unified state register, is entitled to study at universities of Ukraine.

During 2014-2016 from Donetsk, Luhansk regions and Crimea were relocated to other regions for almost 20 universities. Last year on the basis of these and other authorized institutions have started 40 educational centers «Crimea-Ukraine» and «Donbass-Ukraine», which during the opening of the campaign turned about 3 thousand 350 people.
