Ukrainian free-fighter heavyweight Igor Slyusarchuk won the tournament WKG in China

A graduate of Ternopil «Harakternyk» 27-year-old free fighter Igor Slyusarchuk won the tournament WKG.

The tournament was held in China, in Harbin, reports 20minut.ua.

The athlete competed in the super heavyweight +93 kg.

«A few months ago my mentor Valery Chebotar and the company Peresvit Promotion together with Michael Rosoxacin invited to go to China for the tournament WKG in Harbin city, — says Igor Slyusarchuk. — I’ve been in China for tournaments and knowing the level of local organization fights – agreed and we started training.»

The opponent of Igor called in advance, it was a fighter from Dagestan Timur Aidemirov.

«As for my opponent, anthropometric data he’s got big – he is taller and heavier than me by 12 pounds, says Slyusarchuk. — As mentioned earlier, the Dagestani opponent, which means he has a strong wrestling school and, as it later turned out and «udarci». Preparation of Ternopil athlete took place in several stages. Training was held in Lviv, Ternopil and the Polish city of Rzeszow.
