Tymoshenko considers a crime to publish transcripts of the national security Council after the annexation of Crimea

The head of fraction «Batkivshchyna» in the Verkhovna Rada Yulia Timoshenko declared that considers a crime to publish transcripts of the closed session of the Council of national security and defense Council (NSDC) two years ago on the issue of Crimea. This point of view it announced on February 22 on air of TV channel «112 Ukraine».

Tymoshenko is sure that the publication took place, «that information to actually close the oligarchic counter-revolution that led to what remained of clan government».

«I can say that no sensation is not here, except that it is, in my opinion, a crime, and one that will definitely be sooner or later a criminal manner – that what he has released almost a transcript of the closed session of the NSDC», — said Tymoshenko.

She stated that it is important to pay attention to what they say heads of power structures, and they gave «top secret information».

«I am convinced that in any other country, for that people would be immediately brought to criminal responsibility,» she concluded.

We will remind, today, February 22, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on national security and defence was published the transcript of the Council meeting of 28 February 2014, which addressed the question of the possibility of introducing in the country the martial law against the operation of Russia’s annexation of Crimea. In the text of the transcripts indicated that Tymoshenko urged not to impose martial law and to leave soldiers and equipment in parts.
