Turkey experienced two earthquakes: there are wounded

Two earthquakes of magnitude 5.3 and 5.5 on the coast Egejskogo and Marmara seas, Turkey has damaged dozens of buildings in 11 villages. It is reported Hurriyet Daily News.

«An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 struck the province of çanakkale (Marmara sea – ed.) on 6 February, about 2 o’clock in the afternoon local time», – stated in the message.

The source of the earthquake was at a depth of approximately 9.25 kilometres.

Earlier that morning, an earthquake of magnitude of 5.5 shook the Turkish coast of the Aegean littering.

«The earthquake has damaged a number of houses in five villages and led to injury of four people», — reports the edition.

At the same time, according to the Daily Sabah, from the earthquake, injuring five people, was damaged about 40 buildings, mostly houses in 11 villages.
