Acting head of the National police of Ukraine will be Vadim Trojan.
The corresponding order the head of the MIA of Ukraine Arsen Avakov signed today, November 16, the press service of the Channel.
«The Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov presented to staff of the National police of Ukraine, the acting national police head of Vadim Troyan,» — said in the message.
Vadim Troyan said that now the interaction between the bodies and divisions of internal Affairs and the National police is at a satisfactory level, therefore problems should not arise.
«The challenge for the police remains the same as it was. This is a continuation of the reform, a complete set of personnel and the task which gave us the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine: disclosure, disclosure and more disclosure of crimes,» said Trojan.
Earlier today, the Cabinet of Ministers accepted the resignation of the head of the National police Khatia Dekanoidze.
As reported, on November 14, Khatia Dekanoidze said that he had resigned from the post of head of National police of Ukraine. It was this post from 4 November 2015.
The Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov said that the resignation Dekanoidze has filed 11 Nov. According to him, «it was a difficult but very important stage, which will go down in history of the Ukrainian police».
Avakov also reported that the acting head of national police will be Vadim Trojan.
Note that the very Dekanoidze said he does not see the Trojan as the new head of the NHRI, as it is not politically independent.
«I do not think that Vadim Troyan is politically independent. I believe that the new head of the national police should be elected in the contest», — said Dekanoidze.
