Tickets for «Eurovision» will cost from 40 to 200 euros

Tickets for the Eurovision song contest, which will be held in Kiev, will cost from 40 to 200 euros, said the Deputy head of the National public broadcasting company of Ukraine for the contest Paul Hrytsak in an interview with the Public.

«The average price is from 40 euros to 200, 200-plus euros VIP tickets,» he said.

Hrytsak said that the value was calculated in accordance with the fact that this is an international contest and the tickets will be to buy not only the Ukrainians.

The official also said that an open tender is already selected, the operator ticket sales.

«The minimum income that a planned 44 million But after the tender we are in active negotiations with the winner — and now we expect that the proceeds from ticket sales will be more than 60 million hryvnia,» — he said.

According to Hrytsak, the tickets will be sold at 9 events.

He added that the cost of tickets is under discussion with the European broadcasting Union regarding the fact that tickets for the Eurovision song contest can not be the same as in Europe, as the purchasing power of Ukrainians is different from the European.

Recall that in Kiev held the first semi-final of national selection for Eurovision-2017 from Ukraine.
