The US has imposed sanctions against six «deputies of the state Duma of the Russian Federation» from Crimea

The Ministry of Finance of the USA has included in the sanctions list of the six deputies of the state Duma of the Russian Federation elected in the occupied Crimea. This was reported by press service of the Ministry, writes UNIAN.

In the list was the former Deputy Chairman of the «government of Crimea» Ruslan Balbec, as well as «deputies» Konstantin Bakharev, Andrei Kozenko, Svetlana Savchenko, Paul Speraw, Dmitry Belik.

«As a result of today’s decision, freeze all assets Belik, Kozenko, Bakharev, Savchenko, Balbec and Spirova, in American jurisdiction. U.S. citizens are prohibited from engaging in transactions with them,» the report says.

In Mifune stressed that the US » does not priznatelna elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation, which took place in Crimea.»

As reported, on September 18 elections to the state Duma of the Russian Federation in the Crimea was elected eight deputies. The so-called «deputies of the state Duma» from the Crimea were six candidates from the party «United Russia». Under party lists passed the self-proclaimed Deputy Prime Ministers of Crimea Mikhail Sheremet and Ruslan Balbec, and the Prosecutor Natalia Polonskaya. At the same time, Sergei Aksenov, who headed the list «an United Russia» on the Peninsula, from the parliamentary mandate refused. Four more persons «elected» in single-member districts: Andrei Kozenko, Konstantin Bakharev, Svetlana Savchenko, Dmitry Belik. All of them are «United Russia».

Previously, the EU at the initiative of Lithuania has imposed sanctions against six deputies of the state Duma of the Russian Federation, «elected» in the occupied Crimea.
