Therefore, according to Gerashchenko, the Ukrainian question – the occupation of the Crimea, which does not recognize the whole world, the question of the occupied Donbass and the implementation of the Minsk agreements will be put in front of Putin during bilateral meetings.
«It will sound, as stated by the G20 and in other formats», – writes Gerashchenko.
First Deputy Chairman of BP reminded that the Ukrainian Parliament before it was sent to all members of the G20 statement with the requirement to assist in the release of political prisoners and hostages.
However, «diplomats told all the signals to our partners about the situation in Crimea and the Donbass. And also, the President of Ukraine, as was reported by his press service, during the last weeks had telephone conversations with the leaders of Germany and France», – said Gerashchenko.
As reported, representatives of the Ukrainian authorities handed over to German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande the list of Ukrainian prisoners in Russia and hostages in the occupied territories with the request during a meeting in China to put pressure on the Russian President to facilitate the release of these people.
