The Russian foreign Ministry called «a regime of total censorship,» the law of Ukraine governing the tours of Russian artists

The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia condemns the entry into force of the law of Ukraine, which regulates the issue of conducting tours for Russian artists. This was stated in comments «RIA Novosti news Agency» the speaker of the Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.

According to her, now in Ukraine, the artists will demonstrate their art «only with the goodwill of connoisseurs of SBU».

Zakharov believes that Ukraine introduced a «regime of total censorship» on the part of security forces, «those «blue uniforms», which is so pathetic goodbye Mr Poroshenko, rushing in the visa-free Europe».

In June the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in congratulating the Ukrainians a visa-free regime with the EU by quoting the lines of the Russian poet Mikhail Lermontov: «farewell, unwashed Russia, country of slaves, the country gentlemen. And you, blue uniforms, and you, his faithful people.»

November 7, Poroshenko has signed the law «On amendments to the law of Ukraine «On the touring events in Ukraine» on the specifics of organizing and conducting tour events with the participation of the citizens of the aggressor state».

According to the document, if a participant in the tour will be a citizen of the aggressor country, the organizers must, not later than 30 days before the day of the event to submit to the security Service of Ukraine a request about the presence or absence of grounds to prevent his participation. SBU’s within 10 days to consider the request and make a decision.
