One agenda Yanukovych summoned for questioning by the Chief military Prosecutor General Prosecutor’s office in Kiev on 27th January 15:00 «for the delivery of change notifications of suspicion and interrogation as a suspect in criminal proceedings No. 42016000000001594 from 14.06.2016 on signs of the criminal offenses provided h. 5 art . 27, part 3, article 110 (encroachment on territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) of part 1 of article 111 (high treason) and part 5 article 27, part 2 of article 437 of the criminal code of Ukraine (planning, preparing and waging aggressive war)».

Another agenda of his call by 15:00 on January 30 to participate in as a suspect in the opening by the prosecution of materials of the same criminal proceedings.
