The Prosecutor General’s office suspects the former Deputy head of the AP Jerk in the violent dispersal of Euromaidan

The Prosecutor General’s office has evidence that ex-the Deputy head of the presidential Administration Yuriy Chmyr to disperse the participants of Euromayday.

This is reported by «Ukrainian news» with reference to the decision of Pechersky court.

«The pretrial investigation established that the organization of the violent dispersal by law enforcement of protesters in Kiev on 18 and 19 February 2014 was attended by the former Deputy head of the presidential Administration of Ukraine on humanitarian issues,» — said in the decree of the court.

The court gave the investigator access to the GPU information on the mobile calls ex-official for the period from 20.11.2013 on 22.02.2014.

Another decree of the court gave access to information from other employees of the presidential Administration of Yanukovych for the period from 01.11.2013 to 01.11.2016. The decision stated that the Prosecutor’s office finds out the place of residence and contacts of former employees of the presidential Administration.

Recall that during svoego tenure of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych has appointed Chmyr, Deputy head of the presidential Administration in the midst of the Maidan in December 2013, making him the curator of mediapolicy.
