The President dismissed four judges

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in the framework of the process of purification of the judicial authorities signed a decree, which dismissed four judges, two of them in connection with the violation of the oath. About it reported in a press-service of the head of state.

It is noted that among the dismissed was the judge Vladislav Gudim, which took unjustified decisions during election of a measure of restraint for the activists of Euromaidan and Automaidan.

«So, according to the conclusion of the Interim Commission for verification judges of courts of General jurisdiction, during the events on Maidan Vladislav Gudim not provided in the limits of their authority the principles of autonomy and independence, the constitutional principles of justice and a full and comprehensive investigation of all circumstances and urgent forensic medical examination», — stated in the message.

The conclusion was that the referee’s decision did not conform to the norms of the Criminal procedural code of Ukraine, code of Ukraine on administrative offences, the Convention for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms and practice of the European court of human rights.

Previously the President had been dismissed from positions five judges in respect of whom the High Council of justice found a violation of the judicial oath and the adoption of unlawful decisions against the activists of the Revolution of dignity. This is three judges of the Kiev — Obolonskiy district judge court she Swachch and Vitaliy Lytvynov, judge of Shevchenkovsky district court Dmitry Kravets, and in Kharkiv – Chervonozavodsky district judge court Elena Vasileva and Denis Chudovsky.

Also, the President dismissed the judge of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv Rodion Kireyev and 83, the judges of the several courts in Russia annexed the Crimea.
