She stressed that international humanitarian organizations should gain unhindered access to Ukraine uncontrolled part of Donbass.
Olifer also noted that the Trilateral contact group welcomed the release of the hostages, which took place on 20 February 2016.
«Ukraine is doing everything possible to accelerate this process, expecting from the representatives of separate districts of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts that they will not delay the process and create artificial obstacles on this issue,» wrote the press Secretary of Leonid Kuchma.

«On political issues, Ukraine’s position remains that the elections in certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions is possible only after the accession of complete silence, the withdrawal from the territory of Ukraine of foreign military units, the transfer of the Ukrainian control over the Ukrainian-Russian border», — she said.
Also olifer said that the Ukrainian side in the Tripartite contact group made a proposal for mine action in the «grey zone» has been the representatives of an international organisation.
«Ukraine proposes that the mine action in the so-called «grey zone» began one of the experts of international humanitarian organizations, namely, took over the marking of mined areas,» wrote the press Secretary of Leonid Kuchma.
In this vein, she noted that the continuous attacks that occur on the separation line of the parties not allow experts to work on mine.
«Especially acute is the question of systematic targeting points of entry and exit at the contact line, because these attacks pose a danger to civilians immediately», — added the press Secretary of Leonid Kuchma.
In General, speaking about the situation with the observance of the silence regime in Donbas, olifer wrote that it remains an issue of paramount importance».
«The ceasefire, a withdrawal of heavy weapons from the contact line, verification of the withdrawal of the representatives of the OSCE special monitoring mission. Daily violations of silence regime in Donbas do not allow you to move on almost any issue,» she concluded.
In turn, the representative of Ukraine in the humanitarian sub-group of the Tripartite group Irina Gerashchenko said that before April in the Donbass should be completed the clearance of the 12 priority infrastructure projects.
«An important topic was also clearance. Until the end of March to finish the clearance of the 12 identified priority infrastructure projects, but this work is going hard, using the constant violation of the regime of silence» — she wrote in their page a href=»https://www.facebook.com/iryna.gerashchenko?fref=nf»>Facebook on Wednesday 24 February.
«The sub-group on security issues continues its work, discusses the clearance and settlement of educational firing on the line of contact, as well as the increased number of violations of the ceasefire regime,» — said, in turn, Sidik.

As said Leonid Kuchma, without the implementation of the Minsk agreements on safety cannot resolve the situation in the Donbass.

It was also noted that the ceasefire and the withdrawal of heavy weapons remains a key condition as a complete solution for humanitarian, economic, political issues and the implementation of the Minsk agreements in General.
