The NSDC: the fictional memoirs of the Zaman and Golomsha is a political PR

The former chief of the General staff — chief of the Armed forces of Ukraine (2012-2014) Vladimir Zaman and former Deputy General Prosecutor of Ukraine Nikolay Golomsha didn’t speak at the meeting of the NSDC on February 28, 2014.

This is stated in the supplementary explanation of the press service of the national security Council and defense of Ukraine concerning the transcript of the Council meeting of 28 February 2014.

«Due to continued speculation in the media around the transcript of the meeting of the Council of national security and defence, 28 February 2014 provided further clarification for anyone trying to do this engaged in political PR. Transcript of the Council meeting dated 28.02.2014 issued in accordance with all applicable requirements. No speeches of lords N.Golomsha and V. Zaman, because they didn’t speak at this meeting during the formal discussion and, accordingly, have not made any proposals for decision», — stated in the message.

«Their fictional memoirs are a political PR and do not meet the historical truth. These inventions may be disproved by all the participants of those events, as did the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, «- said the press service of the NSDC.

We will remind, on February 22 at a meeting of the Committee on national security and defence was published the transcript of the Council meeting of February 28, 2014 to discuss actions to counter Russian aggression in Crimea, in particular rejected the proposal to enter the martial law regime. According to the transcript, for the introduction of martial law voted one NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov.

Later Golomsha and Zaman stated that they also voted for the entry of martial law during this meeting.

However, on February 27 at the national security Council denied their application.
