The national Agency for prevention of corruption (NACP) did not reveal violations in the electronic declarations of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko for 2015 and 2016, the press service of the NACP.
«NACP found that Petro Poroshenko in the preparation and filing of declarations of persons authorized to perform state functions or local government, for 2015 and 2016, comply with the requirements of the law of Ukraine «On prevention of corruption», – stated in the message.
The results of verification by authorised officers of the NACP has established the accuracy of the declared information. The Agency noted that the accuracy of evaluation of the declared assets and is consistent with data obtained from existing sources. In the declarations Poroshenko revealed no conflict of interest and signs of illicit enrichment.
Thus in NACP emphasize that the State fiscal service of Ukraine and head Department GFS in Kiev refused to provide information about the amount paid income Poroshenko and members of his family during the period from 1998 to 2014.
Also, the provision of information denied by the Department of the preventive activities of the National police of Ukraine.
The introduction of electronic Declaration was one of the requirements of the European Union to implement visa-free regime with Ukraine. In Ukraine a system is implemented in 2016.
Poroshenko has declared for 2016 12,296 million UAH of income. In particular, his salary was 366,3 thousand UAH, the income from alienation of securities and corporate rights – of 26.25 thousand UAH, and the percentage of contribution to International investment Bank – 11.9 million UAH.
15 August 2017, the head of national Agency concerning prevention of corruption Natalia Korchak said that the results of the verification of the electronic Declaration of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko will be in the near future.
