«Today the government has referred the report to the Verkhovna Rada in accordance with the regulations, and members will be able to read it», he said.

Thus Burbak noted that, «despite the fact that the government report was only a month ago, the government was ready to report again».

He added that it is necessary to invite each Minister to report «or in committees or in parliamentary hall.»

In response, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman noted that «the government’s report was not, therefore, so violently colleagues — deputies responded (we are talking about the reaction of those present at the Conciliation Council in the words of Bourbaki about the fact that allegedly a month ago was the report of the government — ed). This was the information of the government. And now we come to the report of the government as provided by the law».

It is expected that the government report to the Parliament on 16 February.

Earlier, on 11 December, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk during the hour of questions to the government informed of the results of his Cabinet over the last year. In this Parliament there was a fight between deputies of the PPO and «Popular front» — it began after the people’s Deputy Oleg Barna from BPP brought to the podium the Prime Minister with a bouquet of roses, lifted the Prime Minister and tried to pull away from the podium.

Yatsenyuk opposed to «blackmail» and wait for 3 nominations for the posts

In the faction of Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk urged the colleagues in the Verkhovna Rada not to threaten leaving the coalition, and to propose three candidates for the posts of Ministers. This was stated by the leader of the faction «people’s front» Maxim Burbak at the conciliatory Council of Parliament on 1 February, reports «Ukrainian truth».

«On Friday held the first meeting of the working group for the preparation of the Annex to the coalition agreement,» said Burbak and encouraged the faction of the BPP «careful and responsible attitude to their representation in the working group».

«By Tuesday, the group expects the report from the parliamentary committees on their implementation of the coalition agreement, to review the work of the committees and implementing agreements,» said Burbak.

«Today the government has referred the report to the Verkhovna Rada according to the regulations, and members will be able to read it. Despite the fact that the report was only a month ago, the government was ready to report again», — he assured.

Speaker Volodymyr Groysman later corrected: «the government’s Report was not… had information from the government (at the hour of the Cabinet in the Parliament – ed.), now we come to the government’s report, as provided by the law».

Burbak said: «we propose to invite each Minister to report – either in Committee or in the parliamentary hall… After the report, we must finally add the application to the (coalition) agreement, which should become a document that will clearly define the sequence of steps and timetable for the implementation of the coalition agreement, and it shall be binding on the factions, deputies, committees, and Ministers of the coalition government».

According to him, the coalition government clearly fulfilled the coalition agreement, but «now the political interest and power struggles within some factions of the coalition prevails over the interests of the country».

«Bidding for the portfolios and the blackmail of withdrawing from the coalition is unacceptable. The withdrawal from the coalition is legal and practical. If the faction cannot vote for the state budget 2 years in a row or don’t vote the laws that are in the coalition agreement, it means that the faction not in power, and in opposition to the coalition. So, colleagues, it’s time to decide what side you’re on,» said Burbak.

«Let’s breed less chatter about the resignation…. Please collect 150 signatures, find 226 votes for the resignation of the government in the session hall and vote. No need to scare anyone. For the seats no one holds. Vote – if will be supported by hall, to take responsibility for the country. And if you don’t think (voters), let us work fruitfully in the coalition», — said the head of the faction «Popular front».

«We offer factions to discuss personnel appointments and the Prime Minister to propose three candidates for each position that was assigned to the best. And proposed the factions to determine the addition to the coalition agreement for this year. The sooner you write, the more you do it,» said Maksym burbak.
