The Deputy head of special monitoring mission of the Organization for security and co-operation of the BBC declares his refusal by militants in the access of observers in 90% of cases attempted the passage. He said this in an interview to «Ukrainian news».

«If someone does not allow us to move freely, he contradicts not only our mandate but also to Minsk. To date, the majority of violations occur in the territory not controlled by the government — more than 90 per cent,» said hug.

He said that the denial of access to the mission mainly occurs in places where active hostilities.

Hg also said that observers are unable to monitor the situation on the Russian-Ukrainian border.
