In the European Union social networks and instant messengers plan to require to provide data to its users at the request of law enforcement authorities within 10 days or six hours in emergency situations. Such provisions are contained in the draft of the European Commission, accessed on March 30 was the publication Euractiv.

Under the new rules, in addition to resources such as Twitter and Facebook, should be subject to the providers «cloud» services, registers domain names and registrars, as well as «digital markets», says the publication.
