In June–August 2016, they have entered into several additional agreements, for which the price of the same amount increased by 16% from initial cost.

«Trade Commodity» explained the price increase with the growth of diesel fuel prices on the stock exchanges and cited as proof data, a leading global provider of information on energy markets Platts.

The National anti-corruption Bureau believe that the price increase occurred «in the absence of any legal basis» and caused damage to the state budget in the amount of 149 million.
