Obolonskiy district court of Kiev on September 27 rejected the application of the Maxim, Gerasko, headvoice ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych on charges of treason, to adjourn the meeting due to his desire to meet his client in Rostov-on-don correspondent of the Internet edition «GORDON».

«However, he was not deprived of the right to their free time to go and to harmonize their legal position,» he said.

Referee Vladislav Devyatko said that, Gerasim had enough time to meet with Yanukovych.

«However, to explain to the defender that if he really will provide the documents on a business trip to Rostov-na-Donu or a relevant ticket regarding the trip, of course, the court will consider the petition again,» said the judge.

Gerasko also requested that the court removed the Prosecutor of the Crimea and left only Ruslan Kravchenko.

«At the hearings, go two prosecutors and one lawyer. All the other one goes to the Prosecutor, procedural head. And I am one, because the law does not imply that free lawyers may be two,» said the lawyer.
