Boryspil district court of Kyiv region decided to apply conditionally-early release to the former people’s Deputy Victor Lozinskycondemned for murder. It is noted that the court satisfied the petition of the lawyer of the condemned Victor Gritsyuk on the application of parole.

According to the court, «the exemplary behaviour of the prisoner, his attitude to work», suggests that Lozinski was corrected.

The Prosecutor’s office may appeal the decision of the court.

As you know, at the end of January Lozinski applied to the recalculation of the term «law Savchenko».

His application was granted in part, served a term credited 4 years and 36 days (the court of final appeal sentenced Lozinsky to 10 years in prison).

Recall, April 20, 2011 Dneprovsky district court of Kyiv sentenced Lozinsky to 15 years in prison for the murder of a citizen Valery Oliynyk in hunting area in the Golovanevsky region of the Kirovograd area on June 16, 2009.

In June 2014 the former people’s Deputy Lozinski paroled from prison.

However, on June 16 the court of Appeal of Kyiv region opened proceedings on the appeal of the Prosecutor’s office to the decision of Borispolsky gorrayonny court about release from further serving of punishment in the form of imprisonment of the former people’s Deputy from fraction «Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc» Victor Lozinsky for health reasons.

On 24 June 2014, appeals court upholds former people’s Deputy Lozinsky in custody.

And in September 2014 the court has taken custody of the Prosecutor involved in the release of former people’s Deputy Lozinsky.
