The court at the suit of Tyahnybok to Avakov was moved to January 8

The Pechersky court of Kiev postponed to January 8th consideration of the claim about protection of honor, dignity and business reputation filed by the leader of the all-Ukrainian Association «Freedom» Oleh Tyahnybok to the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov.

During today’s meeting of the parties — participants of process have reviewed the evidence filed, in particular a video briefing Avakov, where he blames the «Freedom» of Tyahnybok and personally in the organization of clashes in Parliament on August 31, and video directly from the event under the Parliament, UNIAN reports.

After watching the videos of the parties in accordance with the procedure began to ask each other questions, as a result this has turned into a dispute and mutual abuse, resulting in presiding at the trial, the judge Tatyana Ostapchuk decided to adjourn today’s meeting and moved it to 17.00 on 8 January 2016.

As reported, August 31, after the adoption in first reading of amendments to the Constitution in terms of decentralization aggressive-minded protesters started to storm Parliament, throwing stones, smoke bombs. Also was thrown a fighting grenade. Killed four soldiers of the national guard, about 150 people were injured.

According to security officials, meeting under BP was organized by the party «Svoboda», the Radical party and other organizations.

In criminal proceedings in respect of collisions at the Parliament held several «svobodovets». Tyagnybok is the status of the witness.

Avakov at a briefing directly accused of organizing the riots near the Verkhovna Rada on August 31 Svoboda and Tyahnybok.

Tyagnybok in connection with these charges has filed suit against Avakov on protection of honor, dignity and business reputation.
