The Pechersky court allowed the Prosecutor’s office to conduct absentee special investigation against the former Deputy Prime Minister and former head of the national Bank Sergei Arbuzov. About it today, 15 February, on his page in Facebook wrote the MP from the PPO Mustafa Nayem.
«Actually it opens the door to absentia conviction and sentence,» he said.
Nayem reminded that the Pechersky court allowed to carry out such an investigation against former health Minister Raisa Bogatyreva and ex-Deputy Minister of revenues and duties Andriy Ignatov.
Arbuzov has held the position of head of the NBU on 23 December 2010 to 11 January 2013.
