The Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supported the draft resolution on severance of diplomatic relations with the Russian Federation. About this in Facebook on Wednesday, 30 March 2016, said non-faction people’s Deputy Vladimir Parasyuk.
«The Committee on foreign Affairs decided to support our decision to terminate diplomatic relations with the Russian Federation», — said the Parasyuk.
According to him, this decision is supported by the MPs Igor GUZ’ (people’s front), Borys Tarasyuk (Batkivshchyna), Victor Vovc (Radical party) and Vladimir Aryev(«BPP»).
«Ariev is in favour, but when we came out of the Committee, he began to withdraw his vote. Anna hopko, Ivanna klympush-Tsintsadze — «abstained». Irina Lutsenko — «strongly against», — said the Parasyuk.
Note that klympush-Tsintsadze and Lutsenko are part of «Block of Petro Poroshenko». According to media reports, hopko (Chairman of the Committee) in the process of negotiating its possible accession to «BPP» direct the speaker of the Parliament Volodymyr Groysman.

At the same time, official Kiev did not break off diplomatic relations with Russia and declared war, because a war in the East are in the legal regime of the antiterrorist operation (ATO), ongoing since April 14, 2014. Because of this, in Ukraine still legally operate Russian state-owned enterprises (Sberbank, VTB and others) and private entities with state share of ownership (for example, the network of filling stations, which own the Kremlin’s oil giant Rosneft).
The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko emphasizes that «in the long historical perspective the main military threat is there and sadly, will remain, country-aggressor — the Russian Federation».
