The CIA has declassified documents about the clash of Soviet and American submarines near Scotland

The Central intelligence Agency of the United States released information about the clash of Soviet and American submarines near the US Navy base in Holy Loch Scotland.

According to the report, addressed to the then U.S. Secretary of state Henry Kissinger, the incident occurred in November 1974, reports «New time».

The document States that the American submarine, immediately after leaving the Holy Loch base, collided with the Soviet submarine that carried out the tracking of the movements of ships of the United States.
