Three Crimean political prisoners, convicted on the case «Hizbut-Tahrir», were taken from Rostov-on-don.

«Today, in SIZO-1 in Rostov-on-don, told me that three of the Crimean Muslims, the convicts in the case of Hizb ut-Tahrir — Nuri Primova, Ferat Sayfullaeva and Rustem Vaitova took the stage. Although the Ukrainian consuls on Friday came the answer that all in place,» – says Goncharov.
According to her, the detention center has left Ruslan Zeitullaev, who is awaiting a retrial.

Four Crimean Muslims were detained exactly two years ago – January 23, 2015 – in the Crimea.
Their case was considered by the North Caucasus district military court in Rostov-on-don.
On 7 September it was announced the verdict.
According to the court, sevastopolets Ruslan Zeitullaev, which the Russian authorities called organizer cells «Hizb ut-Tahrir», was sentenced to seven years in a General regime colony, Ferat saifullaev, Rustem Vahitov and Mr Primov received five years in correctional colony of General regime.
The representatives of the international Islamic political organisation «Hizb ut-Tahrir» called his mission the unification of all Muslim countries in an Islamic Caliphate, but they reject terrorist methods to achieve this and say they are subjected to unfair prosecution in Russia.
Russia’s Supreme court banned «Hizb ut-Tahrir» in 2003 to include a list of 15 associations, called «terrorist».
