The Cabinet will keep track of how Ukrainians pay a salary

The Cabinet will keep track of how the citizens pay their wages. This was stated by Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman at a government meeting on January 11, reports «Ukrainian Truth».

Groysman: I’m not going to include the unemployed

«The initiative to increase wages (1 January – ed.) was completely conscious. And I get that every employer will properly evaluate the work of the employee. Nothing, if the business owner earns a little less money and its employees will receive much more,» – said the Prime Minister.

Groysman informed that he instructed the relevant Vice-Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko and the «already subject deals with this issue».

«A group, which will clearly monitor the situation: how people accrued wages as she paid,» – said the Prime Minister.

«In the near future we will create communication opportunities to the people we were told specifically where to which the company is not paid wages or understated, or hidden. And we will very clearly respond because of regions and cities will be created special working groups which for the first time period will track and help to restore justice» – said the Prime Minister.

«Every week I ask and to inform me on specific numbers, and I will report to the country — that where, as occurs with the payment of salaries,» – said Groisman.

In his opinion, people who believe that doubling the minimum wage was the wrong decision, «there is neither shame, nor conscience».

«I think this decision was absolutely correct… We will publicly provide data that will pokazivati the changes in the remuneration system, We are here, cooperate with the trade unions, with the employers’ Federation. We will bring this decision to the full implementation in all regions of our country», – said the Prime Minister.

Later Rozenko encouraged to report the violation of citizens ‘ rights regarding wages in the government contact centre 1545.

«The government has allocated an additional 40 billion hryvnia for public sector employees to increase the minimum salary up to 3200 UAH. Today among business leaders there is no reason no to layoffs, no to move people to part-time or part-time employment,» said the official.

But Groysman stressed that he is interested in not only public institutions:

«In the public sector is clear: we have enough money to pay people salaries… Private sector interests me».

The Prime Minister hoped that employees of private companies will tell you «who pays envelope wages» – and thereby deprive the employee of the chance to retire.

The Minister of social policy Andrei Reva added that of the 26 million working in Ukraine officially there are only 16 million people, informs TV channel «112 Ukraine».

«Of the 26 million people of working age, aged 15 to 70 years, we are today engaged slightly more than 16 million people,» he said.

According to him, in 2014-2015 there is a problem sharp loss of jobs in the armed conflict and the annexation of Crimea.

«Employment in this period decreased in this period by 3 million jobs,» he added.

Recall that in 2015 the Federation of trade unions of Ukraine reported that out of 26 million employable population worked only 9 million.

Groysman: I’m not going to include the unemployed

«I would like to say about the employment Service. I’m not going to contain the employment Service. I’m not going to include the unemployed. I’m going to give people decent work and decent wages», – said the Prime Minister.

«Changing this philosophy should be on the agenda of those who are engaged in employment Service. I would ask that you (Reva – ed.) brought it to the leadership of the employment Service. No overclocking. And give those people who can normally the situation needs to be done there,» he said.

«To me these are fables statistical not needed – I’ve heard them more than once. I think we should change the funding model: the funding model the service model support the creation of jobs,» – said Groisman.

«I think that our ideas, which we will shortly present will be quite effective. And here it is important that we move very quickly,» he added.
