The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was replaced in the Supervisory Board NAK «Naftogaz Ukraine» the head of the «Ukreximbank» Alexander Gritsenko, the Director for strategy and investments of «Ukrenergo» Vladimir Kudrycka. The decision was made at government meeting on December 13, the correspondent of the publication «GORDON».
Hrytsenko refused to enter the Supervisory Board of «Naftogaz».
In November, the government approved the composition of the Board independent members: Clare Spottiswoode (Spottiswoode Clare, UK), Bruno Leska (Bruno Lescoeur, France), Amos Hochstein (Amos J. Hochstein, USA), Steve Kasoma (Steve Helpful, Canada).
The state in the Supervisory Board will represent the Kudrytska and Counsellor to the Prime Minister on international Affairs Sergey Popik.
In the composition of the Council was the former Minister of energy and coal industry of Ukraine Volodymyr demchyshyn.
In may 2016, was formed by the Supervisory Board NAK «Naftogaz Ukraine» in the face of the citizens of the UK, Marcus Richards, Charles Proctor and Paul Warwick. From the Cabinet of Ministers of the Council includes Yulia Kovaliv, which was headed by him, from the administration of President Vladimir demchyshyn.
March 29, 2017, the Cabinet has increased the quantitative composition of the Supervisory Board NAK «Naftogaz Ukraine» from five to seven people.
3 APR Kovaliv resigned, instead, the Supervisory Board was headed by Warwick. 19 September, all foreign members of the Supervisory Board of «Naftogaz» announced the resignation.
