The Cabinet has established a working group to check e-declarations

The Cabinet has established a working group, which is NAPC will develop a draft test procedure e-declarations.

The decision was taken during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on the proposal of the Minister of justice Pavel Petrenko, reports Ukrainian Pravda.

He said that the NAPC, as the body responsible for the verification of declarations should develop a procedure for validation of e-returns.

«Over the last few months of the three orders that were sent to the Ministry of justice, we could not register because they had a system of incompliance with the Constitution, the law on prevention of corruption and the Convention for the protection of human rights», — said the Minister.

He proposed to establish a working group. «There is a proposal to site the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers to form a working group that will develop self-orders (orders – ed.) and will offer them NAPC,» said Petrenko.

«This working group will join a us team, headed by the first Deputy Minister of justice. I am personally ready to participate in this working group, we also held consultations with the public, with researchers and NAPC» he said.

«It is a shame, when within a few months after filing is not verified», — said the Minister.

The government supported the proposal to form such a working group.

Earlier, the Prosecutor General’s office reported that a check 29 MPs in fact discrepancies between the declared assets and official income. Now you know the name 10 of them. The other names have not been disclosed.
