The appeals Collegium of the Supreme court of Russia on July 17 rejected the appeal of the religious organization «Jehovah’s Witnesses» to the previous decision of this court to recognize her as an extremist. The Supreme court ruled to liquidate the administrative centre «witnesses of iegovy V Rossii» and 395 local organizations. The assets of the organization were confiscated in favor of the state.
