Tallinn gave Ukraine the Estonians-«Enroute»

Thursday 30 June the Estonian government has given Ukraine a citizen of Estonia Vladimir Polyakov, which the official Kiev suspects in military operations against Ukrainian forces in the Lugansk region.

As the press-Secretary of the Ministry of justice of Estonia Maria Eliza Tuulik, now the Poles are already located in Ukraine, reports the portal err.ee.

With the petition for the grant of Polyakov in Estonia on August 3, last year appealed to the General Prosecutor of Ukraine.

The decision on granting Ukraine Vladimir Polyakov was passed by the government of Taavi Rõivas in December last year. By virtue of this decision became final on 17 June 2016.

Estonians declared suspicion in participation in the «military commandant’s office of the Ministry of defense» terrorist groups «LNR». The poles performed the tasks of Ministry leadership, including guarding facilities and illegally detained persons.

Ukraine requested the extradition of action in accordance with the provisions of the European Convention, as well as the Estonian-Ukrainian agreement on legal assistance and legal relations in civil and criminal matters.

For participation in the terrorist organization of Ukrainian legislation provides imprisonment for the term from 8 till 15 years.

We will add that according to media reports, the Poles were able to witness the capture of Nadiya Savchenko. As he wrote in March in the Estonian newspaper Postimees, the Poles were at the checkpoint in the village of Metalist 17 Jun 2014 and was wounded, probably during the same shelling that killed two Russian journalists.
