Syrian rebels have promised to respond to the power of shooting armies of Assad. Syria’s opposition has threatened to exit negotiations

Syrian rebel groups are going to give a military response to the cases of ceasefire violation by government forces. The rebels have threatened to respond «with force» if shelling civilians by the army of Bashar al-Assad, reports

The warning is contained in a joint statement the representatives of the Syrian free army brigades and Ahrar Al-sham. The document was submitted to the Agency Reuters Mohamed Rashid, the head of the press service of the group Jaysh al-Nasr, associated with PAS.

In a joint statement, the rebels noted that operations to counter government forces established joint coordination center. In this case the geographical coordinates of the coming attack were not disclosed.

Meanwhile, the head of the opposition delegation at intra-Syrian talks in Geneva Asaad al-Zoubi said that the peaceful settlement of the conflict may quickly lose relevance, if the forces of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad will continue to use the ceasefire to strengthen their positions in the country, reports Reuters.

«If this continues, long the negotiations will not last. If the opposition hit another rocket, I urge Assad’s opponents to answer ten. The rebels must capture as many territories, they should use the truce as well, as does the regime,» — said al-Zoubi.

Chief negotiator from the Higher Committee on negotiations Mohammad Alloush, also called on the rebels to put the «Nemesis» army of Assad that the regime no longer even thinking about the attacks on civilians. «This is not a call for waging conflict, it is a call for self-defense», — said Allouch.

Both of the opposition expressed their indignation at the proposals of United Nations special envoy on Syria Staffan de Mistura that the Bashar al-Assad remained in power in a «symbolic role». In their opinion, de Mistura openly in favour of the regime, hindering the transition of power in the country.

According to TASS, about the intention to withdraw from talks in Geneva on Sunday announced the national coalition of forces Syrian revolution and opposition (SNC), which has the largest opposition representation in the Higher Committee on negotiations (WCP).

«Any arrangements in the centre which will be the establishment of a transitional governing body, as prescribed in the relevant UN resolutions on Syria, will lead to the fact that the NATIONAL coalition will take certain steps, including suspending participation of its members in the CPSU, and in delegations of negotiators who represent the opposition in Geneva,» — said in the coalition statement.

We will remind, since February 27, in Syria a ceasefire. The truce does not extend to the organization «Islamic state» and «dzhebhat EN-Nusra» (Syrian subdivision of al-Qaeda) and other groups recognized by the UN Security Council terrorist.

«Plan B» was discussed at a secret meeting of the heads of intelligence services of countries in the Middle East before the entry into effect of the ceasefire in Syria and in subsequent contacts. According to sources, during these meetings, the CIA assured the members of the coalition against ISIS, support for the Syrian opposition at the breakdown of the truce will be extended.

At the same time, the article says, the coalition members agreed until only the basic details of a «plan B». A list of specific weapons that will be handed over to the rebels, must approve the White house.

According to interlocutors of the newspaper, U.S. officials warned the Russian authorities that the failure of the truce can endanger the lives of pilots of the aerospace forces of the Russian Federation who are fighting with the IG.

Officials claim that during personal meetings in Russia Secretary of state John Kerry and CIA Director John Brennan, who in March visited Moscow, said about the possible escalation of the conflict, with the breakdown of the truce.

According to sources publishing in the middle Eastern countries, recently the CIA has allowed rebel groups to obtain reactive systems of volley fire BM-21 «Grad» Soviet times, but they were relatively few, according to TASS. Saudi Arabia and Turkey has pressed Washington for permission to provide the troops the moderate opposition MANPADS, however, U.S. President Barack Obama still opposes it.

«Officials report that the CIA and its partners in the region considering various defense systems, including the Soviet era, which will be less mobile. However, according to officials participating in this discussion, alternative systems, such as air defense batteries installed on the machine, can be easier targets,» reads the article.

Note that in mid-March, the UN special envoy on Syria, Staffan de Mistura, has denied the existence of any «plan «B» on the Syrian conflict, in addition to the negotiations in the Geneva format. Information about the existence of such a plan was denied and the Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov. But the press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov has declared, that to speak of such a plan premature.
