Minister of information policy of Ukraine Yuriy stets 20 January visited the headquarters of NATO in Brussels, where he took part in the meeting of the Commission Ukraine-NATO at the level of the Committee on partnerships and collective security, said the politician in the social network.

«Obviously, Ukraine to suffer the most from the latest methods of war, which today uses Russia. The weak state of communications makes us extremely vulnerable and poses a threat to our partners. We have to catch up with the civilized world in the skill and ability to convey their position to people both inside the country and abroad. It is aimed at Ukraine’s efforts in the development of strategic communications. The Minister said that he had held meetings with the Deputy Secretary General, NATO public diplomacy Tajani Hildeman, charge d’affaires of the USA in NATO, and permanent representatives of Lithuania and great Britain in NATO.

He says that «the world is faced with a hybrid war, which completely changed the usual framework of interaction in information space. The information component was one of the main security and development of any state. We all have to make new rules and approaches to include them in the new laws, to form a radically new frame of reality.»

Recall, December 29, 2016 the Council of national security and defense adopted the «information security Doctrine» developed by the Ministry of information policy.
