The government has already identified the route length of 6 km, which will pass the test. Responsible parties, named the Institute for information and communication studies and the Alliance of Singapore and the Massachusetts Institute of technology in the field of research and technology.

For the implementation of the project will be surveillance cameras installed and developed monitoring system.
