The ex-mayor of Slavyansk Nelia Shtepa required at the preparatory meeting of the Chervonozavodsky district court of Kharkiv to interrogate a number of officials, starting with President Petro Poroshenko.
As said in court, «due to the fact that the case will again be considered due to the replacement of some judges, Shtepa filed a motion for questioning of more than forty witnesses, including the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, Premier Arseniy Yatsenyuk, former head of the SBU Valentin Nalyvaychenko, the former Governor of Donetsk region Sergei Taruta and people’s Deputy Sergey Pashinsky«.
According to Shtepa, these persons can testify that she, in particular, «was captured by the militants, and reported to the Central government on the situation in Sloviansk and the seizure of police Department», reports «UKRINFORM».
The court granted the petition in part. The first court session on the merits will take place on 3 March.
Note, during the break, when the court retired to deliberate, and in a hall remained only the guards, Shtepa softly began to sing «that Song about me» Alla Pugacheva («You do not believe that I live in Paradise…»), and then the Ukrainian «Chornobrivci».
