Savchenko challenged the Prosecutor Klimovich, who was called «Dolby…BOM»

The MP Hope Savchenko at the meeting of Appellate court of Kiev which considers the appeal of lawyers of the MP for her arrest, said the withdrawal of the Prosecutor Alexander Klimovich, the correspondent of the Internet edition «GORDON».

«At the last meeting, the Prosecutor Klimovich allowed himself a shameful expression, stating that for him Erofeev and Alexandrov (Evgeny Erofeev and Alexander Alexandrov. – «GORDON»), the Russian officers and soldiers who came to Ukraine to kill Ukrainian people, better than Ukrainian soldiers, who defended him», she said.

According to Savchenko, he «expressed direct hatred for her personally» and has no right to participate in the meeting.

The lawyers of the people’s Deputy said that he had filed a complaint against Klimovich in the Qualification and disciplinary Commission of prosecutors, but it has not been considered.

Prosecutor Alexander Bannik said that the defence misrepresents the words Klimovich. The latter called the motion groundless.

The court went to the consultative room.

During the meeting Savecrash district court of Kiev on March 23, Klimovich compared Savchenko prisoners in Ukraine by Russian special forces Evgeny Erofeev and Alexander Alexandrov, in which he participated. «They looked better because they were smart enough… not to make a terrorist act on the territory of their own country,» he said. After these words, Savchenko called the Prosecutor «Dolby…BOM».

On March 22 the Verkhovna Rada has deprived Savchenko immunity and gave permission for her detention and arrest. On March 23 the court arrested the Deputy until may 20, without bail. On the same day of her hunger strike.

Savchenko is suspected of preparing a terrorist act, conspiracy to violent overthrow of the constitutional order, the preparations for the attempt on the life of public figures.

26 Mar lawyers appealed her arrest.
