Russia expels 13 Ukrainian diplomats

The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia has handed over to heads of diplomatic missions of Ukraine a note of protest about the expulsion of diplomats in response to the expulsion of Russian diplomats in connection with the poisoning in Britain of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal.
