Some deputies in the Verkhovna Rada of the VIII convocation will not examine the bills before the vote. About this on air of the program «BATMAN» editor-in-chief of the edition «GORDON» Alesya Batsman on the channel «112 Ukraine» said the MP from the bloc of Poroshenko Viktor Pynzenyk.
«I will not open a secret if I say that there are MPs who do not read the laws. Well even if they respond to colleagues, specialists, appeal to him… And there are those who vote as a neighbor…» – said Pinzenyk.
According to him, he tries to follow all the laws, but sometimes can’t keep up.
«Sorry, I know cases when it is impossible to read (the text of the bill. – «GORDON»). For example, in the penultimate week of the Verkhovna Rada before the New year, voted for changes to the tax and budget legislation, but I don’t have time to catch all the nuances of the novel that appeared. Because make the bill a second reading, hand out in the hall, it takes several hundred pages and there’s hundreds of edits – you do not have time physically to respond. Thank God, there are a few colleagues with whom to collaborate, we share and catch these things, but it’s not the normal order of work,» he said.
At the same time, according to Pynzenyk, a lot of MPs read the bills before voting.
«Thank God, there are such. I find it difficult to talk about the number, but there are people with whom I communicate before meetings or in the break, we exchange ideas, consult when you need to make a decision on a particular issue,» – said the Deputy.
