The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko asks Parliament to lift restrictions in terms of appeal.
This is stated in the bill of the head of state No. 4020 dated 4 February.
The bill proposes to amend article 15 of the law of Ukraine «On military duty and military service».
These changes are associated with the need to resolve the issue regarding the timing of the publication of the presidential decree, which sets forth the timing of the appeal (appeals) of citizens of Ukraine for military service.
Poroshenko proposes Parliament to remove from the specified law the rule that the media must be published not later than one month before the end of this year the decree of the President about the timing of the conscription of citizens of Ukraine for military service next year.
In the new edition it is proposed that the timing of the appeal (appeals) of citizens of Ukraine for military service shall be determined by decree of the President of Ukraine without having to publish in the media.
As reported earlier, the President stressed that the abolition of conscription in the Ukrainian army will not, and the salaries of military personnel will be from 7 thousand UAH. The President said that you cannot go to a contract army during the war. But promised that the young conscripts, which will call not 18, and 20 years, will serve in the ATO zone.
