Poyarkov: Let’s together work to the percentage of Russians who are afraid at night to meet Ukrainians continued to grow

The results of an online survey of Russian radio station «Echo of Moscow», according to which 58% of Russians are afraid to meet in a dark time of the day Ukrainians are true. This opinion in comments to the edition «GORDON» was expressed by the activist and artist Sergey Poyarkov.

«The results of this poll, no doubt. I have recently seen, when holidaying in Greece. We stayed at the hotel, where most of fat and happy seniors from different countries and a lot of Russians with children. My children communicate only in the Ukrainian language. When they flew into the restaurant, we were comforted them also in Ukrainian. While I was wearing a hat with a Trident, Ukrainian symbols in national colours, and so on. And we saw a marvelous picture of a seething ocean of Russian speech instantly turned into a quiet trickle of the Russian whisper. It’s not Turkey and Egypt with free booze. The rest are adults, secured and intelligent people. For me it was striking to observe how changing their behavior at the sight of children screaming in the Ukrainian language. I saw in their eyes the crucified boys. They have all the information under anesthesia,» said Poyarkov.

According to him, during the holidays he had not seen the Russians in t-shirts with images of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

«By the way, this is a respectable resort, I never saw him nor the fact that not a single t-shirt with Putin, but not even a flag with St. George’s ribbon. That is, no identification of the Russian citizenship. But all Ukrainians to the national symbols. Again, even just Ukrainian speech radically changes the behavior of the Russians. So I am sure that the results of this survey are correct. Let’s together work to the percentage of Russians who are afraid at night to meet Ukrainians continued to grow. Because the more the enemy fears you, the better,» said Poyarkov.

In June, the half who took part in the survey «Levada-the centre» Russians said they considered Ukraine as an unfriendly country.

In April 2014, after the annexation by Russia Ukrainian Crimea, in Eastern Ukraine, started the armed conflict. Fighting underway between the Armed forces of Ukraine and Pro-Russian rebels who control part of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Russia denies involvement in the conflict.
