President Petro Poroshenko approved the extension of the exclusion from the party list of candidates for people’s deputies after the elections.
This is evidenced by the appropriate entry on the Parliament website.

The bill was tabled by the chairmen of the factions of the Radical party Oleh Liashko, «popular front» — Maxim Burbak, «the Batkivshchyna party — Yulia Tymoshenko, «Association «Self-help» — Oleg Berezyuk, «Block of Petro Poroshenko» — Yuriy Lutsenko and Deputy from the Republic of Poland Oleg Kuprienko.
The bill provides for the authorisation by the decision of the Congress (meeting, conference) of the party after the announcement of the election results to be excluded from the electoral list of the candidate.
According to the document, the candidate can be excluded from the list of the party at any time after the date of the election prior to the adoption of the CEC decision on the recognition of his chosen.
The main scientific and expert Department of Happy in his conclusion to the bill stressed that the spread of its action on the electoral lists of candidates from political parties-subjects of election process at the extraordinary parliamentary elections on October 26, 2014 is not in conformity with article 58 of the Constitution, according to which the laws do not have retroactive effect in time.
With the adoption of the bill under the transcript was read, it would apply to electoral lists of the parties that were subjects of election process in the early parliamentary elections in 2014, but when voting for the document Groysman noted that it was adopted with the amendment that the law would apply to the candidates for Deputy included in electoral lists of the parties which have passed in Parliament solely for this convocation.
Civil network OPORA thinks that bill No. 3700 provides the opportunity to influence the vote of citizens, and the Committee of voters of Ukraine believes the bill is not relevant to the coalition agreement, undemocratic, to influence the vote of citizens and bearing the risks of corruption.
