Poroshenko has dismissed Ukraine’s Ambassador to Slovakia havashi

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has dismissed Oleg havashi from his post as extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine in the Slovak Republic. As reported on the official website of the head of state, the corresponding decree №232/2016 Poroshenko signed on Friday, June 3.

As reported, the press service of the SFS in Transcarpathian region was reported about an attempt of illegal movement across the state border of tobacco products by a person with a diplomatic passport.

Lisishin«. Thus, when customs officers suspected the presence of contraband, began to insist on the inspection, «Lisishin’ve raised hell, threatening to call the Consul etc».

Convened on the same day as the briefing, Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vadim pristayko said that «the foreign Ministry did not give the rights of this family to use our vehicles, our capabilities and no email was not sent to him – no diplomatic, no». The Deputy Minister noted that the foreign Ministry expected to receive a copy of the letter signed by first Secretary of the Embassy of Ukraine in Slovakia, which was stated earlier, the head Moskal and the SFS in Transcarpathian region, and if the existence of such a letter is confirmed, the Embassy employee will be recalled to the Ukraine and will be held accountable according to Ukrainian law.

The Ambassador of Ukraine in Slovakia, according to the Deputy Minister, was aware of the incident on the border, but the existence of the letter on behalf of the Embassy, as of Saturday, he didn’t know.
