«To appoint Serhiy Holovaty Serhiy Petrovych, the founder of the Ukrainian legal organization, member of National Academy of legal Sciences of Ukraine – Deputy member of the European Commission «For democracy through law» (Venice Commission) with the consent», — stated in the decree.
Serhiy holovatiy is a Ukrainian politician, lawyer, former Minister of justice, MP of Ukraine of the sixth convocation.
Born in Odessa. In 1977 he graduated from the faculty of international relations and international law of Kiev state University.T.Shevchenko (lawyer, referent-translator from English). PhD in law (1980).
People’s Deputy of Ukraine of the six convocations. In 1990, 1994 and 1998 were elected from electoral districts of Kyiv.
