Poroshenko appointed representatives of Ukraine in the arbitration group for the dispute with the EU

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has appointed the representatives of Ukraine in the arbitration groups within the procedures of dispute consideration are defined in articles 306 and 307 of the Association Agreement between Ukraine on the one hand and the European Union, the European atomic energy community and their member States on the other. Decree No. 298/2017 published on the website of the President.

In the arbitration group from the Ukraine is assigned to:

  • Sergiy Gryshko (Deputy General Director of «Redcliffe partners»);
  • Taras Kachka (Deputy Executive Director of the international Fund «Revival»);
  • Viktor Muravyev (head of the chair of comparative and European law Institute of international relations of KNU. Taras Shevchenko);
  • Yuriy Rudyuk (partner of the law firm Van Bael & Bellis, Belgium).

The decree entered into force from the date of its publication.

According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers, the selection of candidates for the appointment of the representatives of Ukraine in the composition of the arbitration group for the dispute with the EU on a competitive basis.

The Cabinet approves the Ministry of justice a list of candidates defined by the results of the competition, and transmits it to the President of Ukraine for appointment.
