The testimony of the head of the occupation authorities Crimea Sergey Aksenov contradict the physical evidence that was considered by the court in the «case Chiygoza» earlier.
About it on January 31 said the lawyer Nikolai Polozov, reports QirimInfo.
Feldman appeared in the Supreme court of the Crimea as a witness by the prosecution.
«In General, Aksenov testimony contradicts the physical evidence that was considered by the court earlier, did not confirm the charge brought Chilgoza in the organization of mass riots,» – said Polozov.
In court, the head of the occupying authorities of Crimea said that he did not know exactly how the action Chiygoza influenced the violent protesters and their attempt to break into the building.
He saw Chiygoz was saying something into a megaphone, referring to the protesters. But as the words were spoken in the Crimean Tatar language, Aksenov does not know whether Chiygoz calmed people or not.
He also said that at the meeting of the Majlis was attended by a large number of Ukrainian nationalists, because he saw «a few dozen red-and-black flags», and that there was a certain Sergei, who, in his opinion, led these nationalists, was an «emissary Koshulynskyi«and «affect Chubarov and Chiygoza».
Protection Chiygoza asked the court to show Aksenov videos, which show that it acts as a provocateur and talking with other witnesses, but the judge refused.
Previously Polozov claimed that «court» in the case Chiygoza evidence in the form of videos from the rally on 26 February 2014 refute the testimony of victims.
Previously also reported that the testimony of «victims» and «witnesses» deny the charges and the evidence in the form of photos from the rally on 26 February 2014.
As reported, Deputy Chairman of the Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people Akhtem Chiygoz was detained in Simferopol in January 2015 for participating in a rally in support of the territorial integrity of Ukraine before the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Crimea, which was held on 26 February 2014. The rally, in which supporters of Ukraine against Pro-Russian activists-including from the party «Russian unity», was held on the eve of the capture of the Crimea by the Russian military. In addition Chiygoza, in the case of «26 February» were arrested Ali Asanov and Mustafa degermendzhi.
In this case, «the case Chiygoza» Russian court is considering in separate proceedings.
In December 2016 the arrest Chiygoza extended until 8 April 2017.
