Lviv mayor Andriy Sadovy appealed to the city administration of Lublin, Poland with the Lviv request to pick up garbage, because the accumulation of large amounts of solid waste may cause the epidemic, reports Gazeta Wyborcza.
Garden motivated request by the fact that Lviv have nowhere to store the garbage and look for help he has to, «to prevent environmental disaster in Eastern Europe.»

The publication notes that the authorities of Lublin are unable to make such decisions without prior consultation with the Chief Inspectorate for environmental protection (GIOS).
«The letter was sent to the Department of environmental protection who will investigate the situation. Lublin cannot do anything in this matter.
