Pipe reported that his salary will amount to 51 thousand UAH

The Director of the State Bureau of investigation (UIR) of Ukraine Roman Trumpet had not yet received their salaries at the current position. He declared it today on a press-conferences in Kiev, reports the correspondent of the edition «GORDON».

«This month I don’t have it in connection with the absence of our chief accountant who can conduct the calculation,» said Pipe.

He noted that the GBR act «clearly defined the wages of» the Director, deputies, Directors of territorial departments and heads of departments and investigators.

«So, Director of the State office will receive a salary of 30 living wages, and the investigator – 20 minimum. It turns out the amount: investigator – about 34 thousand UAH, and the Director – in the area of 51 thousand UAH», – said the head of the Bureau.

The law on the State Bureau of investigation was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on 12 Nov 2015 and is part of the so-called package of a visa-free laws. President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed it in January 2016 1 March of the same year the law came into force.

20 November 2017, the state Bureau was taken from the Prosecutor General functions of pre-trial investigation.

On 22 November, after the election of the tender Commission by the head of the Bureau was approved by the Roman Trumpet. On November 27 he was appointed his two deputies – Olga Varchenko and Alexander Buryak.

Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko declared that the formation of the state of the state Bureau of investigation may be delayed for a year. According to him, during this time, the investigation will have to lead the security Service of Ukraine and Ministry of internal Affairs in cooperation with former investigators of the Prosecutor’s office, which will be called procedural heads.
