On the detained resident collapsed in Izhevsk house started a murder case

Russia’s investigative Committee opened a criminal case under article about murder against Alexander Kopytova — the resident of the apartment in Izhevsk, where, according to the investigation, on 9 November, an explosion occurred which led to the collapse of the house, the press service of the Ministry.

About the detention of the men has been announced today. In Sledkom noted that he lived with his mother.

After the arrest Kopytova questioned. Criminal case filed against him under part 2 of article 105 (murder of two and more persons committed dangerous way) of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation.

«According to preliminary investigation, the motive was personal dislike of the suspect. With him are necessary investigative actions. Due to the fact that the investigation questioned the mental health Kopytova, in the near future it will be appointed it is judicial-psychiatric examination», – reported in Sledkom.

The collapse of a residential building in Izhevsk happened on 9 November, six people were killed. The head of Udmurtia Alexander Brechalov reported that according to preliminary data, in the building there was an explosion of household gas.

Emergency workers evacuated 112 people. In two schools the city has deployed temporary accommodation.

In connection with the incident Sledkov RF opened a criminal case under part 3 of article 238 (performance of works or rendering of services that do not meet the requirements of safety, entailed on imprudence death of two or more persons) the Criminal code of the Russian Federation.
