NACP sent to the trial Protocol against the head of the party

Representatives of the National Agency for prevention of corruption filed the first administrative Protocol drawn up on the head of the political party «Ukraine Cathedral». This is stated in the message of the NAPC.

The Chairman of the party Tatiana Aheeva, as pointed out by NAPC, violated the deadline for submission of the report on property, incomes, expenses and obligations of financial character of the political party, which expired on 9 November 2016 (part 7 of article 173 of the law of Ukraine «On political parties»).

In particular, we are talking about an administrative offense under part 1 of article 21221 code of Ukraine on administrative offences. Chairman of the political party Tatiana Aheeva familiar with the Protocol, which was drawn up by an authorized person of NACP 11 November 2016.

In NAPC are reminded that in cases of administrative offences stipulated by articles 1724 -1729 code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, the presence of the person, brought to administrative responsibility, is required.

We will remind, on November 11 in NACP approved the procedure for conducting monitoring and verification of declarations of officials.
