National anti-corruption Bureau (NAB) from October 18, investigates criminal proceedings on illicit enrichment initiated against the acting Chairman of the State service of Geology and mineral resources of Nicholas boyarkina. This is evidenced by the definition of the Solomensky district court of Kiev dated 11 November, reports LB.ua with reference to «Ukrainian news».
The investigators found that from 1999 to June 30, 2016 Boyarkin received income in the total amount 1,166 million hryvnias, his wife (since 2013 works as the Director of the Department of financial and khozobespecheniya chief accountant of the Ministry of economy) earned 1,207 million hryvnia, the mother (the owner of PE «Neonila») — 122,81 thousand. Total boyarkina family (including wife and mother) for the specified period received an income of 2,496 million.
The aggregate value of the assets acquired by the family boyarkina in the period from October 2015 to February 2016 and is registered to his mother, was 6.2 million.
In particular, in October 2015 mother boyarkina bought the car Toyota Camry 2015 value of not less than 710,8 thousand hryvnia, and in January 2016 it has registered a 3-room apartment with an area of 109,3 sq. m value 4,859 million and the two Parking lots with a total value of 660 thousand UAH.
To give the appearance of legality of these actions mother boyarkina 18 December 2015 signed a loan agreement with an individual to 7 million hryvnia, for a period of 5 years at 3% per annum. NABU doubt the authenticity of this loan and of the receipts, as the place of registration of physical persons, which provided money to his mother boyarkina, unknown city, Dnipro, although Dnepropetrovsk was renamed Parliament in Dnipro until may 19th 2016.
We will remind, the acting as the Chairman of Hochelaga Boyarkin is from 23 January 2015. Previously held the position of Director of Department organizational-analytical work and personnel management of the state Geology.
